Host Your Event at Butler School District 53 Facilities
Some district facilities are available for rental when not in use by District 53 students. Interested parties should first complete a Facility Use Application, well in advance of the planned event.
Application process is as follows:
- Reviewed by the building principal.
- Reviewed by buildings and grounds.
- If approved by the principal and B&G, the application is sent to the Board of Education for approval.
- Upon approval by the Board of Education, the group will be contacted and asked to pay fees in advance of use (if applicable).
Priority is given to Oak Brook organizations. Interested parties are encouraged to apply for facility use three to six months in advance of the event.
